This dresser is in overall good condition.
BUT ..
The reason it is being sold so cheap is because the top surfaces have had makeup spilled on them which is now difficult to remove, short of re-sanding, staining and varnishing.
It is for this reason only that this otherwise imposing dresser is being sold so cheap.
This would be an excellent project for a handyman to restore it to its former glory.
