Weight gain or loss isn't always healthy or unhealthy, it depends whether that weight gained or lost was water, fat or muscle etc.
Make sure to track progress with photos, measurements and if you can a body scan for fat % and muscle so you can see ALL your progress and whether its healthy or not.
