These kids, aged between 13 and 15, are talented beyond belief and it was amazing to see them in action. Not only are they very good at playing various instruments, there were a few amazing vocal performances too.

Both our Residents and our Manager, Bruce Cullington was very impressed. Well done to Musical Director Joseph Allan and thank you for bringing the kids to Acacia Cove.

We would love to see them again.

Is AT putting the brakes on speed limit cuts?

Todd Niall Reporter from Manukau Courier

Auckland Transport's board may drop all or some of the planned speed restrictions on nearly 800 Auckland roads. Some might not make sense but if a lot are dropped following consultation, how can Aucklanders be sure that it not simply because a reduction is unpopular? Read the story below:

Owned and loved by just one family since it was built, almost 11 years ago. This spacious property is a whole lot of fabulousness and practicality wrapped up in one stylish, modern design.

Inside, this spacious, solid brick n tile home plays host to four bedrooms (master with ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe), a well-appointed bathroom and a modern kitchen complete with granite benchtops. The open-plan kitchen/dining area is complemented by a formal lounge, both of which enjoy excellent indoor/outdoor flow. Plenty of windows flood the home in natural light, while the heat pumps ensures it's cosy and warm even on the coldest of winter nights.

Outside, a sun-soaked deck and a sheltered patio offering plenty of options when it comes to entertaining family and friends. Electric gates add peace of mind and convenience, while double, internal access garaging completes the appeal. Space for extra cars to park is just another bonus.

Minutes away to Otahuhu town centre, recreational centre, and bus stop. Walking distance to the seaside park. Easy access to motorways, close to other amenities, including Sylvia Park, Otahuhu bus-train interchange, Middlemore hospital and Auckland airport.

Don't miss your chance to take an affordable step onto the property ladder.
