Cage left on side of the road. Roanoke way
Hi all, please in future do not leave cages of any sort on the side of the road as this has caused an issue with young children using them to capture neighbourhood pets. This has caused an issue in the neighbourhood so far. So in future please do not leave these types of things on the side of the road.
