Easter Church Services at St Mary by the Sea
We have a range of Services over the Easter weekend to which everyone is warmly invited.
Tonight- 13th April Thursday - Maundy Thursday Holy Communion 7pm
14th April Good Friday Service of Shadows (Tenebrae) 7pm
16th April Easter Day Sunrise Service and Holy Communion at Waiake Beach 6.30am (Hotcross buns and drink afterwards if weather permits)
16th April Easter Day 'Christ has Risen' Holy Communion Service at the Church 8am and again at 10am.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
