ROOMS FOR RENT - Two rooms available.

Two rooms available for rent from March 2017.

In addition a larger (50 sqm) bedroom and substantial private living area with en-suite is also available periodically, please make enquiries for details.

The rooms are at the quiet end of the house offering the option of two rooms at the end of a hallway and sharing a bathroom with shower/bath plus a separate toilet. Both rooms have queen beds (a single bed can be added if required), and use of a desk. Excellent WIFI connection ideal for watching Netflix etc. There is a family/tv room with an open fireplace, and is available to use at anytime. There is a well appointed kitchen and dining area, which is also available at any time. There is also a substantial deck area, with good privacy and a BBQ. Excellent sea views over the bays.

One room is big enough for a couple, and has a good sized sofa to relax. For a couple, the price will be plus $100 for the week.

House is big and have lots of space for enjoying downs stairs living room with a fire place and TV and dining/kitchen area. There are also heaps of space and different decks outside to enjoy a bit a privacy and a nice sea view.

House is walking distance to Browns Bay village and the beach (10-15 min walk) and close to bus stops near by. Browns Bay offers an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants. The local supermarkets are also in the Browns Bay village.

Also the Albany Westfield Mall and North Harbour Stadium are approximately 2kms away, and there is a bus route available after a short walk to these attractions.

Auckland City is about about an approximate 15 minute drive, or an express bus takes approximately 30 mins.

Per room rate is for one person $260-290 per week including water, power and free internet.

I would prefer a mature person. It can be for short term, or long term can be discussed.

About me, I run my own Cleaning & Home Staging company and play tennis and enjoy lots of social activities ;)

By the way, if you are a person with a NZ working visa, there is therefore the possibility of casual employment working for my cleaning/home staging business.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
