Thursday 6-7pm | 1st/8th/15th & 29th September

Join Jen for a 4-week course where you will learn the basics of Yoga, & especially how to Yoga and find easeful movement in a bigger Curvylicious body!

• Inclusive, body-affirming for ALL body types, shapes, sizes, injuries, disabilities, ages & stages catered for!

• You will learn holistic Hatha Yoga - poses, breathing, meditating & relaxing - a bit of everything!
