You can't come to Athletics this week, so we are bringing a little bit of Athletics to you!
The Devonport Kids Athletics series is designed for you to have fun, and have fun safely while you build a few skills along the way.
Here are some activities that you can try at home.
You can do these by yourself, or someone else in the family might like to join in the fun!
