Hidden Yoga Studio in Remuera
Hi Neighbours, Did you know that this room exists? It is tucked away down the lane beside Blue Illusion in Remuera Village. Its where I teach my mindfulness courses, and there are other wonderful yoga offerings there too under the Contemporary Yoga umbrella. It's not a very good photo of me but you can see the room is an enclosed space far from the busy world!
