Usually our small group meets in a small room the third Monday of the month - however this month we are meeting today and the small room wasn't available to book, so we will be in a bigger one, and I thought to extend our group - come and have a try out! No hand-holding or crystals I promise!
Soothe body and mind at a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. Session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation. Meadowbank Community Centre
