Do you enjoy the crunch of autumn leaves?
Ahh the crunch of autumn leaves.. a nice example of mindfulness, being in the moment with the sounds and textures, letting the mind’s preoccupations slip away, life feels better.
I run all-welcome relaxing mindfulness sessions at Meadowbank - come along and try it out to see what it is like! - gentle movement and stillness.
Next one is on Monday 19 May 1.30 - 2.45pm, Meadowbank Community Centre. Contact me - the first session free, then Koha welcome. 021 255 1485
