“being breathed", starting with the first exhale cry coming into this body and ending with our last exhale going home...however we can control our breath, the depth, rhythm and frequency...as you do this, your breath becomes your pathway within...you focus inwards and the mind calms and slows down as well...try it ...do it and reap the numerous benefits.
