HPV-related cancers take a long time to develop, the viruses are mostly transmitted by teenagers and young adults but often aren’t diagnosed until later. That’s why it’s important for children to be immunised when they are young. Around 80% of people will be exposed to HPV at some point in their life. Protecting children before they are exposed to HPV will protect their health in the future.

TLC gifts are virtual gifts to which you can add either an e-card or a printed card. You simply select which animal you'd like to save and whether you'd like to give them the gift of love or rescue on behalf of the one you love.
Long after everyone else's chocolates have been eaten and flowers have wilted your gift will live on in the life of the animal you helped save.

The city's dance music fans are coming to East Auckland this Sunday for a one-day-only outdoor festival.
Don't miss out on Freqs Out East's huge line-up of New Zealand's top DJs, playing for more than nine hours and across two stages.
I'm signing up for the Aotearoa Bike Challenge.
It's a bit hard to ride my bike to and from work because I live out in Clevedon, but I will try and get around on my bike when I'm in the city.
Are you keen to join in?
