Aches and pains???
Hi Folks.
Help,advice,recommendations.
All of the above I have been in the building trade a long time now struggling with movement so looking for somewhere to go, a person to see to prevent me going to the glue factory I need to loosen up and get moving better for my quality of life, have to say also cost is a factor.
