Saturday 21 July at Howick Recreation Centre there will be a selection of great fitness lessons throughout the day from 930am-130pm.
Yoga and Meditation will take place at 11.35am until 12.30pm with Michelle Keenan. This class is a must and we are lucky enough to t being lead by an amazing yoga guru. Come on and find your inner self.
All classes $5 per person per class! All funds go directly back to Steve
