A very neglected and chained pup has been surrendered to the Henderson Animal Shelter on the Concourse. Sweet male dog about 12 months old. Good with kids and cats. Neighbourhood dog. Tried SPCA to take him in. Was on the waiting list with them. Owners surrendered him to the pound. Available for adoption after the 14th.
