We run a really good special for new members.
• New members – $60 for 10 weeks (now 9 weeks).
• Existing members – $90 for 10 weeks (now 9 weeks).

Yoga is so much more than trying to touch your toes. It's a way to move, to breathe and to take time out for yourself.
My name is Claire and I run a weekly community yoga group that is great for people with no experience, beginners or anyone with a regular practice.
At the start of term, there are always a lot of people trying yoga for the first time so you will be in a great supportive environment.
TERM 1 INFO
• Term starts Thursday 2nd February
• Class starts at 7:00pm and finished at 8:15pm
• Arrive 10-15 mins early to sign up and settle in.
• Bring a mat, warm clothes and/or blanket.
• We have 6 yoga mats, pillows and blankets to share.
There are 6 teachers on rotation, each week brings something new.

Thanks to the support of Beach Haven Birkdale Residents Association, RSA Birkenhead, and Beach Haven Tennis Club we were able to get here. Special thanks to Sgt. D. Murden, who gave valuable advice about crime prevention to the attendants.
