Tuscany bar fridge - $50

Abbie from Grey Lynn

Approx. 2 years old. Now surplus to requirements. Fits under the kitchen counter. (Retail price $400 - $500). Door seals are all good. Plastic tray under the upper icebox is a little saggy so you might want to order a new tray if you're wanting to use the icebox to freeze things.

Price: $50

Male Barber

Phil from Point Chevalier

Hi,
I'm in Pt Chev. Used to go to Rob and his dad Mike at the Gentry - he did a great layered cut for about $25. Rob left the business about 3 years ago.
Now all the local barbers are 'fade' cuts with electric sheep clippers!
Does anyone know a local-ish classic old style barber?… View more

Poll: Should we scrap daylight saving?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

This Sunday we'll be putting our clocks back for the end of daylight saving. Despite the benefits of an extra hour of sun during daylight saving, these clock changes commonly bring disruptions to our households and sleep - some feel that it should be scrapped altogether. What do you think?

Its big; 128cm W x 61 D x 128 High. made by a Ponsonby furniture maker in the 1980's from timber that was from one of Auckland's former post offices. I think we should ask $1000 for it; it was much more expensive when I got it in the late 1990's. You are welcome to come and view. It will be the centerpiece of any room. It's just gorgeous. Ring Peter on 021-0665746

Price: $600
