Take a full day to join other meditators and rest in a sense of peace and spaciousness. Renew your connection with yourself and the practice of being present.
WHAT: You will have time for quiet contemplation, and nourishing reflection, meditation, gentle movement, relaxation, options for some non-structured time and enjoyment of nature.
WHO: Join with a group, some of who will be one month into their Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. This day is designed to deepen meditation practice, and will suit those who have some experience of meditation.
AT: Mary MacKillop Retreat Centre, Kohimarama, Saturday 3 December 9.30 – 4
