Great apartment for rent 10th floor Precinct Bldg

Unfortunately I need to leave my apartment earlier than my lease which ends February 2023. It is a furnished studio, Juliet balcony, view Victoria St direction, $350pw indoor pool, gym and sauna, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Cannot even hear the neighbours TV. Truely great place to live Lorne Street. On site Building Manager, really lovely entrance, safe and secure, Albert Park directly behind. Library and Art Gallery down the road, High St opposite side. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
