Act of kindness
I would like to thank the mum and her son that helped us out today.
We were driving up to Glen Innes and parked our blue car across the library. A very friendly boy came up to me and wanted to give me my phone that I dropped. I was shocked and soon realized we drove with the phone on the roof and it must have fallen off somewhere.
Thank you very much for driving behind us and returning the phone. I was too shocked to ask for your name but please know that I am truly thankful.
May you be blessed!!!
We will certainly pay it forward !!

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
