Tai Chi is a form of skillful movement based on Taoist principals. The aim of the practice is to achieve balance internally and externally and attunement to our inner essence and the essence of the environment/ nature. Patrick Kelly.

Tai Chi sessions will start on 22.02.23 at All Souls Chapel Meadowbank. Opposite Fancourt Park.
