With only 48 days to go until Christmas, Maguire’s One Team are gearing up to support our chosen charity, Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital. It’s the time of year where the gift of giving will bring smiles to these precious children’s faces. Everyone deserves to smile this Christmas. If you’d like to give a gift, then please drop off a new, unwrapped toy to Ray White St Heliers, 10 Polygon Rd or Ray White Eastridge, 1/224 Kepa Rd. Gift wrap and cello tape also welcome. In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
