PS: Below is the description from the website

'Priscilla, Queen of the Desert the musical is based on the iconic Oscar-winning film. It is the heart-warming, hilarious and uplifting story of two drag queens and a trans-gender woman who hop aboard a battered bus and head to the Australian outback to perform a show.

The musical is jam-packed with 70s, 80s and 90s dance floor classics including “I Will Survive”, “Hot Stuff”, “I Love The Night Life” and “Finally”. It also features a dazzling array of stunning costumes and fabulous feathers, as well as Priscilla the bus.

This fun musical is a well-loved wild adventure that celebrates diversity.

Recommended for ages 14+, contains strong language, parental supervision recommended.

Selwyn Theatre has great seating and free parking is available'

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
