Wonderful St Heliers Bay home, 3 mins from the beach and shops needs another housemate.
We are 2 friendly mature ladies offering an double bedroom for rent. Our home has 3 large bedrooms with a large living room and deck. Kitchen and dining area with a courtyard and tropical garden, a real sun trap.
There’s lots of space for alone time plus gatherings, we also have off street parking.
Our space is available from Easter onwards.
The rent is $325 plus utilities. The room is unfurnished, the house is fully furnished and we do have storage areas.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
