Hello beautiful people the OM team would like to invite you to our August - September Beginners Course.

Prepare for a life-changing 6 classes, as you progress through this course easing your way to new health - body, mind, spirit.

You will learn the benefits of yoga, breathing and meditation techniques, standing, seated poses, and more!

Time: Monday 8pm - 9pm

6 sessions.

Mon 5th Sept
Mon 12th Sept

Cost: $99 for the course.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
