There are many traditions associated with Christmas... trees, carols, gifts, crackers, pudding and of course, Christmas turkey and Christmas ham!
Saint Johns Butchery makes good use of tradition too. We have been smoking hams the old fashioned way for the last ten years, taking great care to produce tasty and succulent hams for our discerning customers. (And we consider the welfare of the animals when sourcing our meat; all of our pork comes from PigCare accredited farms.)
We have whole and half sizes of ham-on-the-bone and Champagne ham, catering for Christmas celebrations of any size!
So try the stuff we've been smoking and call 09 521 6319 or email dave@saintjohnsbutchery.co.nz to order your Christmas ham now!

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
