Thinking of starting 2021 with a cleanse to start the year right?
I'm starting (second/third week of Jan) with a cleanse and asking to see if others would like to join me :) I'll start a private FB group for the duration (30 days) and products can be ordered now in time to get started. I've done this twice before and loved the results, feeling healthier, more focused and ready to get into a new and better mindset and body for the new year.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
