Spring is here and it's about time to indulge in fun-filled activities, time to bring our focus back on health & wellbeing and time to soak in music & dance. Please join us for Free Dance/Fitness Classes every Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Ormiston Activity Centre, 169 Ormiston Road, Flatbush.
Just get your sports shoes, a hand-towel & your water bottle.
Looking forward to seeing you on Saturdays!
