Room for rent from 05 November 2023
Hi all
We have a room (unfurnished) becoming available from 05 November 2023 in our sunny Onehunga flat.
The rest of the flat is furnished (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, couches).
Rent is $223 per week and bills are split between 3 people.
You would be living with 2 women (26 and 31) who both work full time.
We also have 2 cats.
We are located on Church street right between Te Papapa train station and Onehunga train station. Off street parking available.
We're looking for someone respectful and reasonably clean and tidy who pays rent/bills on time and intends to stay long term.
Please get in touch with any questions or to arrange a viewing.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
