Shopping

Adele from Onehunga

Exciting news! This weekend at PAK’nSAVE Royal Oak we’re trialling a new virtual ‘check-in’ to improve your comfort and safety. It’s really simple:
See the signs outside the store and text in our unique code to secure your place in line
We’ll confirm your place in line via text, so you can wait somewhere more comfortable, in your car or maybe somewhere else nearby.
Once it’s your turn to shop you’ll get another text from us, just be sure you get to store within 10 minutes so you don’t lose your spot!
Show your text confirmation to our staff on entrance and then start your shop.

Just be sure to remember your 2m physical distancing, use contactless payments where possible, and please #bekind.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
