My retired mother in law is looking for a flatmate. She is a relaxed, friendly, mature lady with good sense of humour and two friendly cats. A 29 year old lady is moving in, they are now looking to fill the 3rd large bedroom. Would suit a lady or couple. House details are as follows:
3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.
Located at Penney Avenue, Mt Roskill. Double Bedroom PLUS own separate private lounge/living room area + own entrance - as seen in the photo of front of house with the door on the left.
The house is fully insulated, good size kitchen with double dishwasher, microwave, double fridge, oven with gas hobs and a modern bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, laundry area with washing machine and spacious living area. A lovely covered sunny deck leads out to a pretty private garden and courtyard which gets the morning sun. House secure, quiet and down ROW
Rent $250per week + shared expenses - elec, water, gas, sky (basic) & phone/wifi.
Furnishings: Fully furnished bedroom, dishwasher, fridge/freez, m/wave, washmc/dryer, Sky TV, gas hob, elec oven. Queen bed available if required.
In the area: Golf course, supermarkets, YMCA, parks, bus stop (5 minute walk), local dairy, bakery, schools.
Parking: Off street parking for two cars.
No pets or smokers.

Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
