We had a fantastic weekend at the Go Green Expo - Better Food Fair, at the ASB Showgrounds Greenlane.
Thanks to Amanda and her team of wonderful hostesses from Vegan Society NZ serving morsels of my popular Tempeh Mendoan and for promoting Tempeh as a low carbon high nutrition plant-based protein. We converted so many to add Sri's Tempeh to their diet and loved by all and the way I have prepared the Tempeh on the day - it was perfect & it got eaten fast! so humble. Many New Zealand gardens arenât seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days â the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, whoâs made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
