"Speeding" driver gets rock thrown at window in Pt Chev

Hi neighbours, an alleged speeding driver had a rock thrown at his windscreen last week. Residents have said the Pt Chev neighbourhood is becoming popular for late night speedsters and it is causing frustration for the people who live there.
What would you like to see done to stop these potentially dangerous encounters?
