Free Mindfulness Breathing session at Botany
East Health Trust PHO is organising a free Mindfulness Breathing session designed for young adults aged 12-18+.
This session, led by experienced mindfulness facilitator Parvin, offers a valuable opportunity for young individuals to learn practical techniques for regulating their nervous system. In today's fast-paced world, developing tools for stress management and emotional regulation is crucial for both personal well-being and academic/future professional success.
Participants will gain insights into:
- Effective mindfulness breathing techniques
- Strategies for nervous system regulation
- Tools for enhancing focus and reducing stress
As a bonus, free pizza 🍕 will be provided, offering a relaxed environment for learning and engagement.
