IMPORTANT! - Have you bought your home recently? - Get your free 'Financial Stability Checklist'
Hi all
With constant changes in the market and further changes set to happen throughout 2019 it is really important those recently new to home ownership are well positioned to ride through the next couple of years.
Recent stats coming out have shown that those relatively new to home ownership and who then needed to sell have sold significantly less than what they paid for the home 2 years ago. This will correct itself as it always does but given the high levels people have borrowed to get into their home it is vitally important that you are positioned well.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
