Free tyre recycling now offered at Waitākere transfer station
Need to get rid of old tyres? You can now drop off your old tyres for FREE at The Waitākere Refuse & Recycling Transfer Station thanks to the new Tyrewise scheme. ♻️ This new scheme will help prevent the dumping of thousands of tyres illegally across Tāmaki Makaurau every year, while also being upcycled into materials like artificial turf and safety surfacing. 🚗🌱
