Tai Chi in the City Centre

Join our City Centre Neighbourhood Tai Chi crew!
Classes starting next week.

Tai Chi is meditation (and a bit of gentle exercise & stretching) in motion.
We have a fab local teacher.

Venue: Aaiotanga Community Space 22 Emily Place
Cost: Koha / donation
Times: Currently taking enrolments for classes beginning April 16 and 18.

Three options have been offered for the April / May classes:

I've done a few rounds - intermediate level - 6 weeks:

Tuesday 7:15am - 8:00am, Begins April 16 - Finishes 21 May, 2024.

Taster class - 3 classes over 3 weeks:
Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:15pm, Begins April 16 - Finishes 30 April, 2024.

Beginner Class - 6 weeks:
Thursday 5:30pm - 6:15pm, Begins April 18 - Finishes 30 May, 2024.
(Note that ANZAC Day is on 25th April so this class runs for one week longer)
