Hi Neighbours! Lauri here from Gr8 Lengths. Just wanting to introduce you all to my newly launched stretch therapy service.
In short: I stretch people out, in the comfort of their own homes or workplaces.
I very gently bend, twist and move you into positions you couldn’t reach on you own, leaving you feeling light, loose and two inches taller. My treatment is based on science backed techniques, my Thai massage training and three years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
These mobile 1-1 dynamic assisted stretching sessions are beneficial for a range of people, including:
~ Busy professionals, whose stresses are resulting in physical tension
~ Parents, who need some me time
~ Sportspeople, who need help with recovery and range of movement
~ Those with health conditions resulting in a tight physique
And the best part is... I do all the work. You just lay there, listen to the calming music I bring along with me, breathe in... breathe out... and relax!
Assisted stretching is completely pain free and a beautiful form of assisted self-care, which can help to:
- relieve aches and pains
- reduce stress
- bring balance back to the body
- aid sporting recovery and reduce injury risk
- and of course, improve flexibility
Check out the kind reviews that I’ve received so far on the Gr8 Lengths Facebook page if you’d like to know how you’ll feel afterwards!
