Fallen leaves
Does anyone have some ideas on what to do with a neighbour who keeps using a leaf blower up to 4 times a day and blows the leaves from outsider her gutter to the front of our gutter in front of the stormwater drain. We have spoken to her, sent a letter, and told her if we have to get the stormwater drain unblocked again we will give the bill to her.. we really need some advice. Apart from the noise of the leaf blower being annoying, it doesn't have a bag to pick them up.
