It is in very good condition. Well maintained. Ideal for rental property. The price is negotiable. Doesn’t include hob or fridge or any other appliances. Your job is to remove and take it with you after you dismantle it. I live at Birkhall Grove Strsthmore. First come , first served.

I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
