Trentham Racecourse’s operators have harnessed their hopes on a project that will integrate the venue with housing for 1800 people and a shopping centre.
Apartment blocks, a shopping complex and other community amenities are part of the proposal shortlisted for a slice of Kāinga Ora’s $1 billion Infrastructure Acceleration Fund.
