EarthDiverse is please to announce it's annual multicultural tree planting event at Waiwhakareke Natural Heritage Park (near Zoo), has been rescheduled due to rain to Saturday 26 June, 10:30am-1:30pm. Use Rotokauri Rd entrance. Bring gloves, spade/shovel, water, etc. Light lunch provided. All invited. Fun, free and family-friendly! Fonterra cuts forecast milk forecast after a ninth straight global dairy trade auction dip

Fonterra has cut its forecast Farmgate Milk Price for the 2025/26 season after a ninth straight global dairy trade auction dip.

On Thursday, the Co-op adjusted the forecast range from $9-$10 per kilo of milk solids to $8.50 to $9.50 with the midpoint changing from $9.50 per to $9.
