Sauce varieties include: Plum & Chilli, Sweet & Sour Blueberry, Super Hot Ghost Chilli, Crazy hot Carolina Reaper, Thai Siracha, Hot Thai Sweet Chilli, Chilli Pickle Relish, Hot Roasted Habanero Salsa, Sechuan oil, Tomato Relish, Lime & Coriander, Hot Mexican, Chipotle, Beetroot Chutney, Hot Indian Chilli Kasundi Pickle, Mildly Indian spiced Pineapple, Pickled chillies $7 per jar (300ml). Only natural preservatives used.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
