Free Japonica Apples
I just put a cartoon of Japonica apples outside our gate at 200 Roslyn Road, Levin - free for the taking. Please don't confuse these with ordinary apples though as you can't eat these. They're great for making jelly, a bit like quince jelly, or just shine up a few and put them in a bowl on the table. They emit a lovely perfume and last for months.
We also have a few fresh figs at $5 per kg. If you're interested in them you'll need to phone Carol on 367 3410 to arrange it please. You can also phone her if you want to know more about the Japonica apples.
