Summer has arrived and Christmas is only two weeks away! Saint Johns Butchery has an impressive selection of top quality meats for your pre-Christmas celebrations. Our beef eye fillet in the piece and bone-in lamb legs are currently on special too! Delicious!

It's not too late to order your Christmas ham and/or Christmas turkey. We have whole and half sizes of ham-on-the-bone and Champagne ham, and turkey sizes ranging from 3kg to 7kg, catering for Christmas celebrations of any size!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
