Evening sessions: Learn to live well with type 2 diabetes

This FREE course is designed specifically for people with type 2 diabetes, led by a dietitian and a registered nurse.

This course is held over 3 short evening sessions. Attend all 3 session for maximum benefit.

Dates: Mondays 7, 14 and 21 June
Time: 6.00pm - 8.30pm
Venue: Building A, 42 Tawa Drive, Albany
