Free financial guidance being under-utilised

Maureen from Snells Beach & Mahurangi East

Nearly every day there is another ‘news’ item about the impact COVID19 on us. Whatever the definition of our situation, whether we are working, unemployed, retired, COVID19 is having an impact on our ability to manage our day to day living and financial circumstances.

This latest survey highlights that “free financial guidance and options to negotiate with creditors are under-utilised”.

If your current situation is causing you to be unsettled, stressed, anxious and/or confusing, debt management and budgeting advice is only a phone call away. It doesn’t matter how severe those feelings are, just talking to someone who can guide you and, if necessary, help with creditor negotiations and more, will improve your sense of wellbeing.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
