What is your new “normal”?

Dovetail Restorations Ltd

As excited as we are to be opened once again and of seeing you all—we want to be as clear and transparent with you about how we are operating moving forward and the changes we are making to ensure the safety of ourselves and others. We have our internal changes, which are not too difficult to abide by as we are a small team of 6. The biggest change is that we are not taking walk-in work during this time. We ask that you please email us, message us, or call us beforehand to get a quote and a time to drop off your furniture. Alternatively we can arrange for contact-less pick-up. Thank you to everyone who has called us, emailed us, recommended us, and those who have sent kindness our way. Please continue to support your local business and let’s create this new “normal” together xx

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
