Sunshine

Karen from Grafton

Thankyou so much to all the runners out there this morning who so skillfully altered course to create generous social distancing ..soo appreciated !!
Message to the more 'self absorbed? '
To use Ironman language ..'this (lockdown )is a loong day out for everyone and some people are going to be doing it very hard' DO NOT let your joy steal another's Peace ...if you like to move at a pace that requires panting and sweating use this time creatively .. instead of altitude training put on a mask and get some oxygen deprivation that way.
To the cherub in skimpy running shorts dashing through the Countdown carpark and straight through the line of people waiting ...NOT OK
Seems like there are many people out there discovering or re discovering the emotional and physical benefits of exercise .. those of us who know this already ..let's encourage and support and give them space !
